Services Description

Drexalonaiazis provides premium floral design services including custom bouquet arrangements, event floristry for weddings and corporate events, and seasonal floral installations. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order for floral arrangements or event services:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
  • A deposit may be required for event bookings
  • Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

  • Bouquet orders: Cancellations 48+ hours before delivery receive full refund
  • Event services: Cancellations 30+ days before event receive 75% refund
  • Cancellations within 7 days of delivery/event are non-refundable
  • Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced

Delivery

We provide delivery services throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Product Variations

As we work with natural, seasonal blooms, slight variations in color, size, and variety may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.

Intellectual Property

All content on drexalonaiazis.world, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Drexalonaiazis and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Drexalonaiazis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Photography and Marketing

We may photograph our floral arrangements at events and use these images for marketing purposes. If you prefer your event not be photographed, please notify us in advance.
