Bouquet Orders

Cancellations

  • 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund

Quality Issues

If you receive a bouquet that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will:

  • Arrange a replacement delivery at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction

Event Floristry Services

Cancellations

  • 90+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
  • 60-89 days before event: 75% refund
  • 30-59 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before event: No refund

Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. This typically occurs within 7 days of booking confirmation.

Changes to Event Services

We understand that event details may change. Minor modifications to floral designs can be accommodated up to 14 days before your event at no additional charge. Significant changes may incur additional fees.

Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided: Additional delivery fee applies for redelivery
  • Recipient unavailable: We will attempt to contact recipient; additional fees may apply
  • Weather or circumstances beyond our control: We will reschedule at no additional charge

Flower Substitutions

We work with seasonal, natural blooms. Occasionally, specific flowers may be unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic and color palette. If you have concerns about substitutions, please contact us before placing your order.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

  • Deposits after design work has commenced
  • Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery
  • Event services cancelled less than 30 days before event date
